Tin Solder WSL3
Stannol WSL3 is alloyed from pure metals with deoxidation additive and manufactured in the commercially available alloys S-Sn60Pb40 or S-Sn63Pb37. The deoxidation additive does not change the mechanical properties.
Product Advantages
- strongly reduced tendency to oxidation; this means maximum efficiency with most economical solder consumption
- consistent soldering results due to optimum wettability of the solder
- reduced bridge formation (reduction of the short-circuit risk), the tinned surface is bright and shiny
Application
Stannol WSL3 alloys are particularly suitable for static baths for dip and drag soldering as well as wave soldering machines without oil cover.
