Batcheva Domínguez Téllez has been joining our team as an international application engineer for around a year now – with a lot of passion, expertise and a big smile on her face.

Whether solder pastes, fluxes or the right process for the perfect result – Batcheva finds the solution. And not just in Germany, but worldwide: she looks after 14 countries in Europe, Asia and America, gives training courses in India and Italy and brings a breath of fresh air to markets such as Mexico and the USA.

What drives her? The adrenaline rush of solving technical challenges, the fun of presenting at international trade fairs, the joy of new cultures, travelling and meeting exciting people. And of course: great colleagues and bosses who support and motivate her.

In her private life, she loves good food, dancing and maybe soon kitesurfing. Courageous, committed and full of energy – we're glad you're with us, Batcheva!
