Sustainability with a system

Stannol has set itself the goal of continuously improving its own contribution to environmental protection. We are therefore constantly developing our measures not only in the area of products, but also throughout our business operations.

Stannol manages its cross-site environmental and climate protection strategy via a uniform and binding environmental management system. In this context, the CO2 footprint of our business activities is the central indicator for measuring and evaluating our own environmental performance: We determine CO2 emissions on an annual basis in the areas of vehicle fleet, electricity, as well as gas and oil consumption. This is done in a standardised manner using internationally recognised methods and conversion factors.
