Flux 500-6B
The halogen-free activated No-Clean flux 500-6B is suitable for both lead-free and lead-containing alloys and, due to its special resin composition, is immediately grip-resistant after cooling. Due to the halogen-free ingredients, it has a very good surface insulation resistance.

Application
The use in all common application types is possible, modifications might be necessary for the application in foam fluxers. The flux is mainly used where a higher solids content is essential, such as dip soldering processes. Also, the flux 500-6B is used where a very high electrical safety of the residues is required.
