Stannol has been a distributor of the HumiSeal conformal coatings for electronic assemblies for more than 10 years. HumiSeal is the only manufacturer which has exclusively concentrated on the development, manufacture and sale of conformal coatings for electronics for more than 55 years. These conformal coatings are manufactured in England at HumiSeal Europe Ltd., the European factory of HumiSeal.
The conformal coatings of the HumiSeal series are available in various versions, always exactly adapted to your requirements. Whether acrylate, polyurethane or silicone based coating systems or UV-hardening for the fastest curing processes or containing solvents or VOC-free, there are (almost) no limits for us with the selection of coatings. The resistance to, e.g. severe climate conditions or increased requirements for resistance to chemicals, as is often required for use in vehicle technology, can all be realised with this conformal coatings series. Due to the many available approvals (e.g. MIL-I-46058 and UL746), a conformal coating completely meeting your requirements can also be determined quickly.
You will find two tables here, using which you can make a preselection for the required conformal coating type (acrylates, polyurethane or silicone). Further selection criteria and technical data sheets for the various conformal coating types can be found at http://www.humiseal.com . Ask our specialists by sending email to email@example.com or telephone us at +49 (0) 2051-3120-312 to obtain detailed information and to agree an appointment for advice at your premises. We look forward to your call!
