The following accessories are among the most frequently used utensils which have proven to be very helpful for all work concerning soldering.
Flux-Stop AF100 is a CFC-free surface protection. Its extremely low surface energy repels almost all liquids. Solid substances cannot adhere to the coated surfaces. Flux-Stop AF100 can be applied to almost all surfaces including PTFE, metals and glass.
The contact soldering paste is a paste-like preparation of activated rosin (colophony resin) in mineral greases and is used as flux for general soldering work. The contact soldering paste is preferably used for soldering copper, copper alloys, nickel and nickel alloys and is also suitable for electrical engineering applications. Cable tinning, soldering on connectors, shielding plates are only a few application examples.
Solder grease is an emulsion of solder concentrates in mineral greases for general soldering work. The paste-like flux is also used for soldering tin plate, leaded sheet metal, copper and copper alloys as well as for many other solderable metals.
For flux control when applying the flux using foam fluxers. It contains all necessary elements to determine the acid number and thus the necessary amount of thinner to reset the flux to its correct values. No chemical knowledge is necessary for use.
The brazing powder R4 is suitable for brazing copper and copper-nickel alloys, brass, nickel silver, steel, cast iron, gunmetal and galvanized sheet steel at a working temperature of 800-1100°C. Mix the paste with water. It is only suitable for brazing.
